Your course will run from approximately 0900 until 1630. We hold the majority of our Pilot Interview Preparation courses at The Beehive near London Gatwick. Our team will have already reviewed your client questionnaire helping us to tailor the day specifically to your individual needs.
After a short introduction over coffee, your course delivered by one of our highly experienced Pilot recruiters will include the following:
The emphasis of the course is on training and personal development, so that you feel confident and knowledgeable in all of the areas mentioned above. There will be many opportunities throughout the course to ask any questions and our instructors will be on hand to provide additional support if required.
Within 7 days we will email you a personalised feedback report outlining your performance, highlighting your strengths and weaknesses, and which skills you should focus on to complete your forthcoming assessments successfully.
Before the course you will receive a short questionnaire to complete. Please ensure this is filled in at least 48 hours beforehand - this will help us tailor the day to your specific needs. Although the day is relatively informal compared to your forthcoming selection process, we ask that you dress in smart casual attire.
