Technical Questions

What devices can AirlinePrep "The App" be used on?

Currently, The App is supported on the Apple iPhone and iPad devices running iOS 8+ or higher. We recommend using iOS 10 if your device supports it, and upgrading your device to the latest version if you haven't already done so.

Can I access The App on an Android tablet or phone?

Not at this time, no.

How do I install The App?

Simply visit The App page here on your compatible device and tap the Install button. Your device will begin to download and install The App and guide you through the installation process.

How do I subscribe to The App modules?

Once installed, purchase buttons will show as you browse the content on your device. To subscribe to a particular module, tap the purchase buttons and follow the instructions to purchase via PayPal or your credit card.

How do I sign in on my second compatible device with my purchased content?

If you have a second compatible device, you may sign in to your purchased content on that device too by tapping the Sign In button on the main menu dashboard of The App. Enter the email address you used for your original purchase and the unique reference number shown in your most recent purchase receipt email. The App will then download all your subscriptions to that device too.

My device's home button sometimes doesn't work when I'm using The App.

This is a known issue on Apple iOS for apps such as ours. If this happens, you can restart your device very simply by pressing and holding the power button and the home button together for a few seconds and until the Apple logo is shown and your device reboots.

Purchase & Content Questions

How long does my subscription last?

Your purchase is a one-off payment that allows access to that module for a period of time to include all updates to that module for the subscription period. The subscriptions are valid for 6 months for the Generic Airline Assessment Modules Package, and 3 months for an Airline Specific Brief Package. At the end of your subscription period you may choose to re-subscribe for a further period if you wish by following the reminders shown within The App towards the end of your current subscription period.

Can I subscribe to a specific Airline Brief without subscribing to the Generic Airline Assessment Module Package?

No; airline briefs extend and enhance the information given within the Generic Airline Assessment modules and so you must have an active subscription to this package before subscribing to an Airline Brief. This package will automatically be added for you during the purchase process if required.

Do the modules automatically re-subscribe when they expire?

No; if you wish to renew your subscription to a given module on expiry, you may do so manually by following the Renew or Purchase buttons shown within The App.
