Emirates Pilot Assessment

The Emirates pilot assessment is a demanding process in which you will have to demonstrate your core pilot competencies and motivation to live and work in the Middle East. The selection stages include:

• Submitting a CV/application form
• Personality questionnaire
• HR & competency interview conducted over video
• Attendance in Dubai for the simulator assessment, compass testing and medical

What Interview Questions Can I Expect?

Historically Emirates pilot interview questions have always been focussed about your knowledge of the company, motivation to work for them and live in the Middle East, and those that allow you to demonstrate your core competencies. Examples being:

• How do your family feel about moving to the Middle East?
• Tell me about a time you stepped in to help a crew member
• Tell me about a time you deviated from SOP?
