We can tailor elements of the course to fit your individual needs and we have knowledge of the selection processes used by many of the airlines and training providers.

The Course

Your course will run from approximately 0900 until 1630 – the majority of our pilot assessment preparation courses are held at The Beehive near London Gatwick. Before the course you will receive a short questionnaire to complete. Please ensure this is filled in at least 48 hours beforehand – this will help us tailor the day to your specific needs. Although the day is relatively informal compared to your forthcoming selection process, we ask that you dress in smart casual attire.

After an introduction, your course, delivered by our highly experienced airline pilot recruiters will include:

• 1 to 1 competency based interview
• Technical and strategy interviews (as required)
• Group exercises
• Numerical, verbal & ATPL/technical reasoning
• Maths refresher training
• Interview training seminar
• Group Exercise training seminar
• Career development and First Officer skills seminar
• Full written feedback report

The emphasis of the course is on training and personal development, so that you feel confident and knowledgeable in all of the areas mentioned above. There will be many opportunities throughout the course to ask any questions and our instructors will be on hand to provide additional support if required.

Within 7 days we will email you a personalised feedback report outlining your performance, highlighting your strengths and weaknesses, and which skills you should focus on to complete your forthcoming assessments successfully.
