L3 Pilot Interview & Assessment Support
Hello from AirlinePrep!
Since 2012 we have helped thousands of aspiring, military and current airline pilots prepare for flight school and airline pilot interviews & assessments.
We have helped many of those aspiring pilots successfully prepare for the L3 pilot interview and assessment and watch them complete either the modular, MPL or integrated ATPL pilot training course.
We are the leading providers of airline pilot interview and assessment preparation in the UK and Europe, as well as the only company to provide this type of support to the British Airline Pilots Association (BALPA). All of our instructors are airline recruitment pilots, who will share their knowledge of recruiting pilots for airlines including Virgin, Thomas Cook & TUI. Our formula for success is simple:
KNOWLEDGE + SKILLS + PRACTISE = SUCCESS
L3 Pilot Assessment

Throughout the assessment you will need to demonstrate passion for becoming an airline pilot, knowledge of the course and your skills such as teamwork, leadership & communication.
How can I practise for the L3 pilot aptitude tests?
It’s always good to be as prepared for a cadet pilot selection and practising aptitude is definitely recommended. We can’t teach you aptitude – your either have it or you don’t, but practising your mental arithmetic and verbal reasoning questions is recommend. We have a range of products to help you prepare:
- The AirlinePrep App
- Our practice pilot aptitude tests
- Our Symbiotics ADAPT tests with a 30 to 45 minute feedback session to go through your results.
