Jet2 Pilot Assessment

The Jet2 pilot assessment is a demanding process in which you will have to demonstrate your core pilot competencies. The selection stages include:

• Submitting a CV & cover letter
• Psychometric assessments
• Group exercise
• Competency interview
• Simulator assessment

Throughout the assessment you will need to demonstrate your knowledge and passion for working for Jet2 and Jet2Holidays.

What Interview Questions Can I Expect?

Historically Jet2 pilot interview questions have always been focussed about your knowledge of the company, motivation to work for them and those that allow you to demonstrate your core competencies. Examples being:

• What is the difference between Jet2 and Jet2Holidays?
• What are our core company values?
• Why do you want to work for Jet2?
• Give an example of when you changed a colleague’s mind (communication, knowledge and leadership)
• Give an example when you have demonstrated two of our company values?
