Loganair Pilot Assessment

The Loganair pilot assessment is a demanding process in which you will have to demonstrate your core pilot competencies and technical knowledge. The selection stages include:

• Submitting a CV & cover letter
• Psychometric assessments
• Group exercise
• Competency and technical interview
• Simulator assessment

Throughout the assessment you will need to demonstrate your knowledge and passion for working for Loganair.

What Interview Questions Can I Expect?

Loganair pilot interview questions have always been focussed about your knowledge of the company, motivation to work for them and those that allow you to demonstrate your core competencies. There are also technical questions with a particular focus on turboprop knowledge. Examples being:

• What do you know about Loganair?
• What are our core company values?
• Why do you want to work for Loganair?
• Give an example of when you have been criticised
• Examples of strengths and weaknesses in the flying environment
• What is a critical engine?
