Virgin Pilot Assessment

The Virgin pilot assessment is a demanding process in which you will have to demonstrate your core pilot competencies. The selection process is 3 stages.

Stage 1 with Zenon Recruitment

• Submitting a CV & cover letter
• Cut-e (Aon Assessment) through Zenon Recruitment
• Telephone interview with Zenon (motivation and competency)

Stage 2 Simulator Assessment

Stage 3 with Virgin Atlantic Assessors

• Competency questions
• Scenario questions
• Technical questions
• Simulator assessment

Throughout the assessment you will need to demonstrate your knowledge and passion for working Virgin Atlantic

What Interview Questions Can I Expect?

The Zenon questions focus on motivation and competencies, whilst the questions at stage 3 also focus on some technical and real life scenarios. Examples being:

• Why do you want to work for Virgin?
• What do you know about the company?
• Examples of teamwork and decision making
• What do you do to enhance the passenger experience?
• Example of dealing with conflict in the flight deck
• Tell us about cold weather operations?
